    Water Management & Life Support

Maintaining suitable water conditions is essential to livestock health. Our team monitors water quality using professional testing equipment and adjusts management practices according to the requirements of different freshwater and marine systems.

Filtration, aeration, circulation, and other life-support equipment help maintain suitable conditions for the livestock in our care. Additional equipment and monitoring parameters are used according to the needs of each system.

    Conditioning & Health

Livestock is monitored throughout the holding period for feeding response, behaviour, appearance, and overall condition.

Before export, our team conducts final condition checks, and livestock considered unsuitable for transport is held back from dispatch. Handling and preparation are adapted to the requirements of different species to help reduce stress before shipment.

  • Staff sorting and checking ornamental fish against a customer order

    Sorting & Order Preparation

Every shipment is prepared against the customer's confirmed order. Our team checks and sorts livestock by species, quantity, size, grade, and condition before packing.

This process helps maintain order accuracy, particularly for large mixed shipments containing multiple species and sizes.

  • Oxygen-filled bags and insulated boxes used for export packing of ornamental fish

    Export Packing

Packing methods are adapted to the species, destination, expected transit time, and shipment conditions.

We use oxygen-filled, multi-layer plastic bags, insulated polystyrene boxes, and protective outer cartons. Ice packs or heat packs may be used when required by the livestock's temperature needs and expected transit conditions.

Packing water may also be prepared with suitable water conditioners or other approved products according to livestock requirements.

  • Labelled and weighed export cartons prepared for air cargo shipment

    Shipment Handling

Before dispatch, completed shipments are checked, labelled, weighed, and prepared according to the confirmed flight schedule and destination requirements.

Our export team coordinates cargo preparation, shipping documentation, and airport delivery to support an organised handover for international air freight.
