1. How to Order (Overview)

STEP 1

Trade Application

Apply for wholesale access to receive weekly live stocklists.

STEP 2

Selection & PI

Min. 10 boxes consolidated. Proforma Invoice issued with flight schedules.

STEP 3

Payment & Health

100% bank wire (funds cleared 24h prior to flight). Pre-export conditioning.

STEP 4

Flight Dispatch

Direct air-cargo departure from Jakarta (CGK). Immediate AWB tracking.

STEP 5

Airport Clearance

Consignee customs clearance at destination airport cargo terminal.

2. Wholesale Volume Discounts (F.O.B. Jakarta)

All Items (Except Corals)

  • 10 – 20 Boxes 15% Off
  • 21 – 29 Boxes 20% Off
  • 30+ Boxes 25% Off

Hard Corals (CITES)

  • 10 – 30 Boxes 10% Off
  • 30+ Boxes 15% Off

Soft Corals

  • 10 – 30 Boxes 20% Off
  • 30+ Boxes 25% Off
  • Coral Ratio Requirement: Hard coral orders require a minimum 1:1 ratio with Soft Corals (e.g., 300 pcs Hard = min. 300 pcs Soft).

3. Packaging Standards & Gross Weights

  • Packaging Standard: Square-bottom double plastic bags + insulated polystyrene (styrofoam) export box + corrugated outer carton.
  • Freshwater Fish: ~13–15 kgs (Small Box, 4 bags) | ~20–25 kgs (Large Box, 6 bags).
  • Marine Fish: ~15–17 kgs (Standard Box) | ~35–40 kgs (Special Long-Transit Box).
  • Corals & Invertebrates: ~15–25 kgs per box (depending on species and water volume).
  • Cargo Space Cancellation: Must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to departure to prevent airline charges.

4. Death On Arrival (D.O.A.) Policy

  • Strict 24-Hour Window: D.O.A. must be reported within 24 hours after flight arrival with clear photos of unopened, clipped bags.
  • Credit Qualification: In general, no credit for minor mortality. Credit is considered when D.O.A. exceeds 5% of total F.O.B. value.
  • Settlement: Approved credits are deducted from your subsequent consignment invoice.

5. Accompanying Export Documents
